BEAMS
The Interlake Mecalux slotted pallet rack beams are the horizontal elements of the pallet rack system in which loads are placed.These pallet rack beams are from one roll formed piece of steel, with a continuous seam weld on its base. Each load level is formed by two beams, one beam at each post of the frame. The tear drop pallet rack beams can be used for Interlake Mecalux tear drop bolted upright pallet rack frames or Interlake Mecalux tear drop welded upright pallet rack frames.

FEATURES:
16 GA roll formed beams have welded end plates

End plates slot into the face of the tear drop upright frame

The beams are held into place into the frame with two safety, sprung loaded locking devices per beam

Piston lock frame-to-beam connection seats and locks automatically, and protects against accidental beam displacement.

2-3/4″W x 1-5/8″ tear drop step beams accommodate cross bars and decking.

Slotted Profile

Slotted beams allow for several accessories to latch onto the beam to prevent them from sliding or being dislodged.

Slotted holes located at 1″ intervals for placement of various accessories (wire deck, cross bars etc.)

To select load beam determine the desired length by adding a minimum of 10″ to two pallet widths or 14″ to three pallet widths. Additional spacing may be required for pallets with excessive load overhang. Ensure that each pair of beams is capable of supporting the weight of the pallets per level.
