Birdy S-30016 Table Lamp

Birdy is a table lamp designed by designer Birger Dahl and produced by the famous brand Northern. Table lamp available in different colors, made of steel and aluminum.

Birdy is a series of table, wall and floor lamps designed in 1952 in the modernist style. The lamp series was produced and sold by the Norwegian electric company Snnico (Oslo) for many years. In 1954 the table lamp, then known as “s-30016,” was awarded the highly regarded Gold Medal at the Milan Triennale. In 2013 Northern decided to revive this design classic, taking care to preserve the original form and highly functional features that initially made it such a beloved lamp. The lamp series is available in white, gray or black with a steel finish and black lampshade with a black metal or brass finish. Birdy is also available as a floor and wall lamp with a short or long arm.
