Nebulae Vertical 13 combines structured metalwork with softly contoured glass to explore how form and material influence the diffusion of light. The anodised aluminium framework establishes a precise rhythm, while each layered glass disc modulates opacity and reflection. Light shifts subtly through the arrangement, creating a composed yet dynamic atmosphere. Suited to spaces with generous vertical dimensionssuch as staircases, double-height interiors, or reception areasthe vertical format draws the eye upward, enhancing architectural scale and spatial flow. Multiple finish and glass options offer visual adaptability while maintaining a consistent structural clarity.

Ross Gardam founded his Melbourne-based studio with a commitment to design that merges traditional craftsmanship and modern fabrication. The Nebulae collection, inspired by interstellar cloud formations, reflects an ongoing interest in natural light phenomena and material interplay. This series builds on principles rooted in modernist designsimplicity, repetition, and proportionwhile responding to contemporary spatial contexts. Gardams work has been exhibited internationally and is recognised for its thoughtful integration of form, function, and atmosphere within the field of contemporary lighting design.
