A333 Turnip Suspension Lamp

A333 Turnip is a suspension lamp designed by the famous designer and architect Alvar Alto and produced by the Artek brand. This lamp is manufactured in China. A333 features a shade made of white painted steel and a brass-plated steel ring.

A333, known as “Turnip” for its organic shape, combines elegance and simplicity with a striking effect. When in use, light escapes from the circular recesses near the top of the shade, emphasizing the rounded shape of the suspension lamp. “Turnip” was created for the National Pensions Institute building in Helsinki.

Light source: Max 12W – E27 – 220-240V, 50/ 60 Hz – class II – IP20 – White plastic cable, length 2.5 m. This fixture is compatible with bulbs of energy classes: A to G. 11W E27 (compact fluorescent) – 60W E27 (incandescent).
