Bonbon 500 – Shade

Bonbon is a collection of lampshades designed by Serbian designer Ana Kra and produced by the famous and elegant brand Hay. Bonbon is available in different colours and patterns. Powder-coated steel lampshade. The outside surface of the lampshade is hand-woven from a blend of 80% wool and 20% nylon.

Inspired by her designs, Ana Kra’s Bonbon lampshades are hand-woven using an original technique to create unique, structured pieces that can be used as powerful decorative objects even when the lamp is not lit. In Ana’s collaboration with HAY, each lampshade is hand-woven with a nylon wool thread around a powder-coated steel frame, resulting in unique lampshades that vary slightly in their look and aesthetic. Wire sets for the lampshades are sold separately and are available in two versions: a table/floor variant with an in-line rocker switch and a pendant variant for ceiling lamps. Both variants can be used with different lampshade sizes and do not come with a bulb.
