Scopas Suspension Lamp

Scopas of Artemide is a LED suspension lamp, a partial sphere, designed by Neil Poulton.

An unfinished look characterizes this lamp, which originates from the repetition of an elementary module. Scopas has a face ever-changing, depending on the viewpoint, which radically departs from the conventional forms used for this type of lamp. “As the Black Star Empire, frozen in space, its unfinished look is the opposite of its technical efficiency.”
