Volant 333S Chandelier

Volant Chandelier by Ross Gardam, crafted from treated brass and glass, the Volant chandelier by Ross Gardam strikes a balance between sculptural elegance and architectural precision.

Its design features three suspended brass bars arranged at varying heights, creating a layered composition of light and form. Textured tubular glass elementseach individually crafted and securedappear to orbit the central structure, introducing a subtle sense of motion. Thanks to its modular configuration, Volant adapts effortlessly to a range of spaces, making a striking statement in grand settings such as dining areas, lobbies, or double-height staircases. The white glass softly diffuses light, lending the piece a composed yet gently animated presence.

Rooted in the craft traditions of Australian design, Gardams practice emphasizes precision and restraint. Each component of the Volant is meticulously machined and hand-assembled in his Melbourne studio. The chandeliers finely tuned balance recalls the spirit of kinetic sculpture and mid-century modularity, while maintaining a distinctly contemporary character.
